Founder / Principal
As Founder of Spillis Custom Properties, George has spent more than 20 years leading complex real estate development and construction projects across the United States. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in the acquisition, development, and execution of high-value projects, earning a reputation for strategic thinking, technical expertise, and disciplined leadership. His unique background in both development and construction allows him to see opportunities beyond the building itself, helping clients make informed decisions that enhance functionality, maximize long-term value, and unlock the full potential of their properties. His decades of experience continue to shape SCP's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and lasting client relationships.
Christian Spillis
Principal
Christian has built a career managing some of South Florida's most complex and demanding construction projects. A University of Florida Construction Management graduate with over $1 billion in Miami-Dade construction experience, he brings the systems, discipline, and accountability of large-scale commercial construction to the world of bespoke luxury residences as Principal of Spillis Custom Properties.
Christian joined the family business with a simple mission: to redefine the construction experience. Recognizing the industry's reputation for poor communication, broken promises, and inconsistent execution, he set out to build a company where integrity, transparency, and client satisfaction are the foundation of every project. By remaining personally involved throughout every phase of construction, he ensures each home is delivered with meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.

With more than 20 years of experience in luxury residential interior design, Sharon has helped clients transform their homes into timeless, highly personalized living spaces.
